    Buttock Augmentation (Implants)

Buttock augmentation with implants uses solid silicone-elastomer implants placed through a hidden incision in the natal cleft, either within or beneath the gluteal muscle, to create larger and more projected buttocks. It is ideal for slim patients without adequate donor fat for a Brazilian butt lift, or for those seeking greater, more predictable volume improvements. Implants can be combined with fat transfer ('composite gluteoplasty') for the most natural contour.
