A brow lift elevates the eyebrows, smooths horizontal forehead lines and softens frown lines by repositioning the brow and forehead tissues. It can be performed endoscopically through small hidden incisions behind the hairline, via a hairline or coronal incision, or as a direct brow lift for selected patients. The procedure restores a more youthful, alert expression and is often combined with upper blepharoplasty or a facelift. A temporal or temple lift elevates the outer half of the eyebrow, softens crow's feet and improves the upper cheek area through small incisions hidden in the hair of the temple. It is more targeted than a full brow lift and is ideal for patients whose concerns are limited to the lateral brow and temple.
