    Neck Lift (Platysmaplasty)

A neck lift restores a defined, youthful jawline by tightening loose skin, repairing the separation of the platysma muscle bands and removing excess fat under the chin and along the neck. Typical components include a small incision under the chin to plicate the platysma, liposuction of the submental region and incisions around the ears to redrape the skin. It can be performed as a standalone operation but combined with a facelift for comprehensive lower face and neck rejuvenation.
