Facial Surgery

    Otoplasty (Ear Reshaping)

Otoplasty corrects prominent, protruding or misshapen ears by reshaping the cartilage and, where needed, reducing the size of the ear or recreating absent cartilage folds. Incisions are placed discreetly behind the ear, and stitching or scoring techniques bring the ear into a more natural position. It is commonly performed in children from age five or six but is equally suitable for adults seeking correction.
