    Thigh Lift

A thigh lift tightens loose skin and reduces fat on the inner or outer thighs, improving contour and reducing chafing. A medial or horizontal thigh lift uses a scar hidden in the groin crease for mild laxity, while a vertical thigh lift adds a scar along the inner thigh for more significant skin excess, typically after major weight loss. Liposuction may be used alone or combined with excision depending on the amount of skin laxity.
