    Botulinum Toxin (Botox / Dysport)

Botulinum toxin is a purified protein that temporarily blocks nerve signals to targeted muscles, relaxing them and smoothing the wrinkles they produce. Cosmetically it is used for dynamic forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet, bunny lines, chin dimpling and neck bands. It also has many medical indications including chronic migraine, excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis), bruxism (teeth grinding) and masseter slimming, with effects lasting 3–4 months.

    Dermal Fillers (Hyaluronic Acid)

Hyaluronic acid fillers are gel-like injectable products used to restore volume, smooth folds, enhance lips, contour the cheeks and jawline, soften tear troughs and rejuvenate hands. Different formulations are designed for different depths and tissue behaviours, from soft skin-hydrating products to firm structural volumisers. Results are typically seen immediately and last 6–18 months; the effect can be dissolved with hyaluronidase ijnections if needed.

    Laser Skin Resurfacing

Laser skin resurfacing uses focused light energy to remove or thermally remodel the upper layers of the skin, stimulating new collagen and improving wrinkles, pigmentation, sun damage, scars and overall texture. Ablative lasers (CO2, erbium) give dramatic results with longer downtime, while non-ablative and fractional devices offer milder improvement over several sessions with minimal recovery. Pre- and post-treatment skincare and strict sun avoidance are essential for the best outcome.

    PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) Therapy

Platelet-rich plasma therapy uses a concentrated preparation of the patient's own platelets to deliver growth factors that stimulate collagen production, skin rejuvenation, tissue repair and hair follicle activity. Blood is drawn, spun in a centrifuge to separate the platelet-rich fraction and re-injected or applied to the treatment area, often in combination with microneedling. Typical applications include skin quality improvement, androgenetic hair loss, under-eye rejuvenation and adjunctive treatment of acne scars.

    Microneedling

Microneedling creates thousands of controlled micro-injuries in the skin using very fine needles, triggering a wound-healing response that stimulates collagen and elastin production. It improves fine lines, acne scars, stretch marks, enlarged pores and uneven texture, with minimal downtime compared to ablative treatments. Radiofrequency (RF) microneedling combines needling with thermal energy for deeper collagen remodelling and is particularly effective for skin laxity and deep acne scarring.

    Chemical Peel

Chemical peels exfoliate the skin by applying a chemical solution that causes controlled removal of the upper layers and stimulates renewal of fresh skin underneath. Superficial peels (glycolic, lactic, salicylic acids) refresh tone and texture with minimal downtime, medium peels (TCA) treat moderate sun damage and fine wrinkles, and deep peels (phenol) give dramatic results but require careful case selection and longer recovery. Peel choice is tailored to skin type, concern and tolerance for downtime.

    Skin Boosters and Bio-stimulators

Skin boosters and Bio-stimulators are injectable products designed to hydrate, stimulate collagen and improve overall skin quality rather than adding volume or filling lines. Examples include Profhilo is a stabilised hyaluronic acid that diffuses after injection at specific 'BAP' (Bio Aesthetci Points) points, making it particularly useful for sagging, crepey skin on the face, neck, décolletage and hands. Most protocols involve two initial sessions four weeks apart, with results continuing to develop over 4–8 weeks.
