    Chemical Peel

Chemical peels exfoliate the skin by applying a chemical solution that causes controlled removal of the upper layers and stimulates renewal of fresh skin underneath. Superficial peels (glycolic, lactic, salicylic acids) refresh tone and texture with minimal downtime, medium peels (TCA) treat moderate sun damage and fine wrinkles, and deep peels (phenol) give dramatic results but require careful case selection and longer recovery. Peel choice is tailored to skin type, concern and tolerance for downtime.
